Right of Withdrawal

 

1. Right to Cancel

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

1.1 Refund of a Digital Product Purchase

Under most circumstances, we do not issue refunds after a digital product is distributed, and you are responsible for understanding this upon purchase.

 

Please note, if you want to request a refund for your purchase of a digital product, the request has to be made within 14 days after the purchase. And we usually only process a refund for the following reasons.

1. You were charged more than the price listed on the checkout page.

2. You received misleading information.

3. If you are having trouble with your digital product itself.

 

For digital STL downloads, the withdrawal period begins from the moment the download link is made available to you.

 

2. How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement. You can use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

For digital STL downloads, once the download link is made available and accessed, no refund will be provided.
