Payment 

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

 

Payment is handled by Wix, our webshop software. Your data is not forwarded to us. The currently offered payment options are the following: Paypal, google pay, instant bank transfer, credit card.

Shipping

 

Orders are shipped each Friday. All orders placed until Wednesday will be shipped on Friday of the same week. Orders placed later then Wednesday will ship Friday of the following week. In the case of a holiday, shipping will take place at the next possible workday.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping within Austria:

• € 5.50 (free delivery for orders over € 100 )

 

Shipping within the European Union:

• € 14.90 (free delivery for orders over € 150 )

 

Shipping outside of the European Union:

• € 24.90

Damaged or broken products

If your product arrived damaged or broken, rest assured, we'll replace it free of charge. If your package appears visibly damaged, please photograph the issue, refuse acceptance of the package, and reach out to us for further assistance.

 

In either case please get in touch with contact@gamebreakers.at, include the order number and your full name in the mail, shortly describe the damage and attach a picture where the damage is clearly visible. We will get back to you within 3 working days to update you on the replacement process.
